By purchasing or using Pæan products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.
2. Products and Services
Pæan Ring and Pæan Note are health and productivity devices. They are not medical devices and should not be used for medical diagnosis. Subscription services include AI-powered features and cloud storage.
3. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis only within the first 30 days. Hardware included with subscriptions remains yours to keep.
4. Warranty and Returns
Hardware products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
